What photos should I use?
Use one clear, front-facing photo of an adult in each slot. You must own the photos or have permission from the people shown. JPG, PNG and WebP are accepted, up to 10 MB each and at least 300 × 300 pixels.
How many credits does a video use?
The editor shows the exact credit total before you confirm. The total depends on the length and resolution you choose. Buying credits alone does not unlock subscription-only resolutions.
What if generation fails?
Credits are reserved when you submit a video and used only after delivery. If we confirm that generation failed or the result could not be delivered, the reserved credits are returned. A task whose status is still being checked is not treated as a confirmed failure.
Can I leave while it generates?
Yes. Your accepted task continues on the server. Open My videos to check its status and download the result when it is ready. Email delivery may be delayed, so your video does not depend on receiving an email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Turn off renewal in Account → Billing. After cancellation is confirmed, your paid plan stays available until the date shown. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.
Are my photos and videos public?
No, they are private by default. A video becomes accessible to anyone with its link only if you enable sharing. You can turn sharing off at any time before the file expires.
Is an exact result guaranteed?
No. AI-generated appearance and movement can vary. Review approved samples and input requirements before buying credits. Successful delivery uses credits even if the result differs from your creative expectations; technical failures and refund requests follow the published policy.
